if you want to put on fat, you could eat lots of carbohydrates (like pasta). you can also eat nuts - those have (good) fats and protein and fruits with a high sugar content, like bananas, grapes, tangerines, mangos or any dried fruit. eating a lot of refined sugar in a short time is not advisable, since it increases the risk of becoming diabetic. fried food is also not a good idea because it increases bad cholesterol. so does pasta, but a little less. any way you go, make sure you still have a balanced diet, maybe even take some vitamins. anyway, if you body fat is dangerously low, you should be asking a doctor, not just online.

if you want muscle, you could try eating a big stake or a protein shake after working out and taking supplements made especially to help with muscle mass. do not eat fatty foods after a workout, unless you want to gain fat.
