To put your house for sale you need to go to your places panel and click " My Places" and click on the house you want to sell and click "sell space"
If it doesen't have the "sell space" button then that means you can't sell it because when you joined smallworlds it gave you a house of 4-5 choices and you can only sell the space that you bought with gold
