You don't!It's illegal in most states to "raise"a wild animal unless you're an animal rehabilitator.You should bring it to a wildlife center where they can rehabilitate it,or just release it if there's nothing wrong with it.
yes it is hard to raise a wild turkey because they require nutrients that arn't found in most food for young fowl.
