Well, I found the answer to my own question! LOL! So if anyone else needs to know, here it is.

1.) In the start menu search bar type gpedit.msc

2.) Right-click on the icon, and select "Run as Administrator"

3.) In the left pane of the editor navigate to: Computer Configuration\Administrative Templates\System\Troubleshooting And Diagnostics\Disk Diagnostic

4.) There will be 2 keys on the right pane. Right-click and select "Edit" on the one called "Disk Diagnostic: Configure execution level".

5.) Choose "Enable"; select "OK", and your done!
