I have a Dell E173FPf computer and have just received the speaker to install on it. I do not see in the back the power jack to connect the speaker to. Please advise.

Media Direct has its own little portion of the harddrive. Do you have the mdeia direct CD/DVD? If there is no option on that to repair or re-install I think you may have to re-install the OS.

I have been looking for the answer for a long time and finally I worked it out yesterday! Install blackberry desktop manager and then sync your BB. Select the files inside BB Desktop manager and copy/paste these to your desktop or any other folder in your pc. As e files copy across they re converted back to standard jpegs. Done!
