I have been looking for the answer for a long time and finally I worked it out yesterday! Install blackberry desktop manager and then sync your BB. Select the files inside BB Desktop manager and copy/paste these to your desktop or any other folder in your pc. As e files copy across they re converted back to standard jpegs. Done!
