It would be wise of you to stop seeing her and start meeting new girls and eventually you will find someone that is more loyal to you.

∙ 13y agoI would break up with her personally. Nothing more needs to be done really. Some guys would just start cheating on them. Either way the relationship won't prosper, but with the latter option you get more variety. haha

∙ 12y agoYou could always try to win her back. It depends why she left you too. If you were just a bad spouse then she didn't do anything wrong by leaving you and you just need to get over her. BUT if you were sweet to her and treated her right and she left you then you can always try to win her over. What I would do personally, is talk to her. Make her laugh, make her happy, show her that you deserve her and you love and care about her. OR an option is just to move on if she won't take you back.
