Most ABS systems have special readers and OBD wont see the codes.

It probably means that 7,500 miles have passed since your last oil change. If that is not the case, take it to a shop that can plug into your OBD system and read the trouble codes.

I have read in several places that the towing capacity for 4 cyl. Highlanders is 3000 lbs. For the 6 cyl. ones, it is 3500 lbs.
if your battery was removed and your radio is asking for code then you must contact your Toyota dealer. there was a code installed from factory that they may be able to help with. also when you get it fixed read your owners manual on how to change the radio code to one you will remember.

Its usually an emissions thing (bad O2 sensor). But don't guess, just get the code read, you can get it read for free from almost any major auto parts store, then google the code for an answer.
Could be one of a thousand things. Go to a shop and have them read the error code.
