go to the actual list of favorites, and click it to drag it down, then you should be able to rearrange it, if not look next to the favorites andsee if it has a drop down bar too. then rearrange for there
If you are using Google Chrome: on the right side of the URL bar there is a small star. Click the star and it will ask you to name the favorite and where in your favorites you want it saved. Then it will add the website to the favorites bar If you are using Internet Explorer (9), assuming your favorites bar is visible, on the far left of the favorites bar their is a small yellow star with a green arrow. Click that, and Internet Explore will add that website to the bar. To make the favorites bar visible right click anywhere on the header bar (the bar you use to drag the window around) and select "favorites bar".

To hide Favorites bar in IE, follow below steps: 1. Open Internet Explorer 2. Click the Tools button, point to Toolbars, 3. Click Favorites Bar to clear the check mark.

You can build a new profile for removing the favorites. Each new profile would have their favorites defined.

They are called "Favorites" You have a Favorites Menu, and a Favorites bar, particularly on the newer iterations of Internet Explorer. I believe they were called Bookmarks on IE until 6.0.
