Unless you have the power company do this, it would be considered illegal. There are no "DIY" on this one. You need to call the power company and have them go out to your house to inspect it first, then, if the code is current, and you paid your deposit, (or any bills in arrears) then they shouldn't have a problem re-connecting you.

You can reconnect to Internet explorer by stopping its process. You can then open it again.
