Windows 7 has a program built in which can record audio. It is found by clicking the Start Menu -> Accessories-> Sound Recorder.
If you feel like that isn't enough, you could try Audacity, which is freeware and has many more options for editing while the sound recorder in Windows 7 does not.
Connect a microphone into the microphone input on your computer. You can use an audio recording program to record your voice.
RealTek Audio Druver
No. There is only one audio track to work with in Windows Movie Maker. You can drag an audio backwards on the time-line to overlap the music... but it may not sound the way it would if it were on two different tracks. Perhaps you can try to use a streaming audio recorder to record audio on windows movie maker.
samsung

you could try moviecodec.com
With most Windows and Linux audio devices, it is possible to record whatever sound the computer is currently playing, including internet radio streams.
Chances are if it works in Vista it works in 7.
No narration feature in Windows Live Movie Maker. Sorry.
No. Windows Movie Maker records in .wma (Windows Media Audio) format. However, you can import and edit .wav files in the program.
You need to use an external audio editor for fixing audio before importing it into the program. Windows Movie Maker can't fix audio (only adjust volume levels/fades).
