Hi there, being a Virgin Media customer myself you do get E! on Virgin Media. It may not be on every single package as Virgin Media have around 4 TV packages but I am on the XL TV Package and I do get it. E! is on Virgin Media Channel 156.

If you are calling from a Non-Virgin Media phone then you can call them on 0844 995 9522. This is the other Virgin Media contacting number. On the longer number you may have some big charges as it is an 0844 number.
