Usually for drums, you can find good samples. The easiest way to use samples is beatcraft(drum machine software), which should be easy to learn on your own. then render the song to an .ogg file(You can find it on the sequence editor). Download the recording software Audacity if you haven't done that. When you open it, go to "File", then "import", then "audio", and open the .ogg file, and there's your drums.
For bass, you can just plug it directly into the computer with an instrument cable and a 1/2"-1/4" converter, or an audio interface(recommended). If youre just plugging it in, you'll have to highlight the track, go to "Effect" and amplify it, which might slightly distort it.
For guitar, if your amp has a "Send FX" input, or you want to use a mic, again, use a converter to plug it directly into the computer, or get an interface.
Vocals: You'll need a microphone. You can use a dynamic mic, but a condenser is recommended(Audio Technica at2020 is beast). An interface is recommended too, because without it, you'll have to amplify the track, and your vocals will get distorted. Also, get a pop filter.
A random mp3 audio recorder does not record high quality music. If you have a Mac, garage band would be the route to take. If you have a pc there is a garage band equivalent that produce the best quality for free.
Yes, you can.

No, Garage Band is Mac-exclusive software.
If you want to record to a computer then the mixer needs to have a USB output. Then you also need to have recording software on your computer eg Garage Band or Ableton.
