If Deep Freeze has not got into a corrupt state; recovering the icon is a piece of cake. Simply run the FrzState2k.exe file from the Deep Freeze folder under Program Files and exclude that particular file from your Antivirus so it does not kill it again and that should get the icon back on your system.
