How do you recover lost password on Mortal Kombat deadly alliance?

There is no way to retrieve your password. The game warns of this when it tells you to write your password down while creating a new account. Don't worry though, simply create a new account and obtain all of the items in Konquest mode and you'll automatically unlock everything in the krypt.
