How do you recruit a team?

To recruit you have to fight wild Pokemon in places where when you go under menu click on other and there is a tab called "Recruitment search" and open it if you can recruit and Pokemon will join your team there will be a list of those Pokemon BUT if you cannnot recruit or Pokemon will not join your team it will say "no Pokemon will join the team in this dungeon" if there is a list of what Pokemon will join your team you may fight those Pokemon and if they like your team they will ask to join your team if you like the Pokemon you can say yes if not say no I usually try to do is fight Pokemon and then train them in high level dungeons until they are high then continue on my journey usually if you cannot recruit it means you usually cannot bring recruited members.
