It depends on which Wonder Mail generator you are using, but for the ones I've experienced so far, you choose the Pokemon you want as a recruit. Then, for the mission reward, you choose recruit client. Sadly, you can only choose Pokemon that are not considered legendary. (Entei, Suicune, Articuno, etc.) After that, you can simply dabble with the other categories. ;)
