Jirachi is in the final maze in marowaks fighting thingi. I think its on floor 27 but im not sure you have to have the secret slab with you but science you cant have any items with you when you go i don't konw how that will work out. You might need an ar in order to recrut it. It is VERY hard to recrut so don't get frustated..!! Pika roks :P
