Basically, you can't lose that much that fast in any way that's not straight off dangerous. Even half that- 10 kg in 60 days - would be an achievement to be proud of.
And to do it - well - exercise helps, but the big thing is to get your eating under control.
Get yourself a set of scales and a calorie chart.
Record EVERYTHING with calories that you eat and drink and try to get through the day on 1200-1500 calories total.

∙ 12y agoThat's a crazy amount of weight to lose but it can be done. First of all, you're going to need to do a lot of cardio. You'll probably have to run for an hour a day. Drink a lot of water. Fruits and vegetables. Eat power meals like Vector cereals and oatmeal. Eat smaller portions and strive to burn more calories than you take in.
