Hi, I write from Poland
If u want to reduce broiler downtime you must be aware of the risk the short downtime may bring.
Not only in my opinion broilers today with their genetic potential are very delicate that is why 12- 14 days of downtime should be maintained.
But u can do it faster (if u want have 7 flock insertion in a year)
6 weeks (typicaly brooding time) + 2 days (remving litter and washing) + 1 day whitening with lime and ammonium sulfate imposition) then u close hermetically the House for at least 5 days (disinfection time) then +1 day for preparing the House for next flock (litter and equipment fitting) + heating + the finnaly spray for disinfection.
The day after this u welcome ur new chicks.
Also:
6 weeks brooding time + downtime (2d+1d+min. 5d+ 1d) = 51 days time for one flock. 365/51 gives over 7 flock insertion.
U cant do it shorter. It will bring many infectional problems.

Never mind, those are broiler chickens.
This question is not clear. BMC Remedy can help reduce downtime in an enterprise by giving the help desk technician a method to triage the situation and assign priorities to the most critical problems. These priorities help guide the touch technicians with fixing the most critical problems first.
