You should wash his/her face every once in a while. You could also go to a supermarket and buy a cleaning cleanser such as Proactive or any of the others. Apply his face with pimple cream daily, once in the morning, and night. Everytime he/she takes a shower, wash the face to reduce oil. This will take time, but it is a good option for the age he/she is at.
