go to control panel>add or remove programs
then find the program
remove/ uninstall it
download/find the installer again and install it

when you first try to install, it will tell you that the system is inadequate or something, just click ok. after the failed installation windows should pop up with a dialog asking if you would like to reinstall the application with the recommended settings, click "reinstall with recommended settings" and the game should install normally.
