I would say when your not acting of doing anything during a play while your on stage find a chair and sit in it or go to some lounge (if there is one) backstage and relax or when your acting and theres a chair on stage or a couch and you have to sit on it then sit on it and theres your relaxing time. I would think it would have a lot to do with the individual. And I would guess some maybe get high before a show because they have stage fright and need to relax, or just want to enjoy it more. Some people over do it a bit....
