I have a 1984 RM80. All you can do is either: 1. Warm the motor up to operating temperature, then work/hold the clutch lever until it releases. ..... works sometimes. 2. Warm the motor, switch it off, out the bike in gear and try and clutch start it. (This is hard, you need to push the bike with the rear wheel locked while you force your weight down onto the seat. You'll need and assistant!) ...... works sometimes 3. Pull the clutch cover off and release them manually by disassembling the clutch itself. ...... works all the time. I bet your clutch basket has heavy grooving. This can be fixed with 10 minutes of careful filing. Good luck! Greg
