When going to sleep, relax from head to toe, take your time and focuss on; first your feet,,count slowly to eight and imagine you are on a sunbed/beach, or soft grass, gradually move onto your legs, counting again, then arms, hands musels on face, Relax and as you get more relaxed and chilled out ,your tension will lessen. It worked for me,as the more I teeth clenched, the more stressed I got . It will take a week or so to feel the benefit. You can do it.

Why would a 2-year-old grind their teeth while sleeping - could it be a lack of iron?

Bruxism (The Posh Term For Grinding And Clenching Teeth) is really common and normally it is down to stress however as your 2 year old child is young it will problably relate to hyperactivity and in a matter of time the grinding and clenching during the night will stop. I used to grinde and clench my teeth all the time in my sleep and only recently stopped. Hope this helped x
