When going to sleep, relax from head to toe,take your time and focuss on; first your feet,,count slowly to eight and imagine you are on a sunbed/beach, or soft grass,gradually move onto your legs,counting again,then arms,hands musels on face, Relax and as you get more relaxed and chilled out ,your tension will lessen. It worked for me,as the more I teeth clenched,the more stressed I got . It will take a week or so to feel the benefit. You can do it.
