I actually just went through this same problem. If i could go back in time i know it would take half the time. It is simple. First use a penetrating oil. WD-40 is a lubricatnt NOT a penetrating oil. This will help to loosen up some of the rust. Next in the center of your wheel bolts there is a cap remove this. Inside there is a lug nut if it appears dry lubricate it immediately. Remove this lug. once it is unscrewed give your drum a good tug and it will slide right off. :D hope this helps
