I noticed that every time I tried to get updates for Spybot, it claimed no new updates. I deleted Spybot and Ad-Aware and reinstalled both. When I scanned with Spybot, it went from about 14,000 to 23,230 bot-checks. After I ran it, the trojan.startpage was fixed, I then changed the homepage on my browser, and all is well.
