There is a clamp holding up the steering column that must be removed. There are several bolts at the base.
I think there are a few at the top near the defroster vents.
The instrument panel may need to come out, this is a couple screws at the edges of it.
once all the bolts are loose, the dash board tilts forward about 30 degrees.
You can then disconnect the electrical wires and then lift the dash out.
Get a manual, buy one or get one from the library, it's worth it.
