Try spreading a paste of meat tenderiser and water over it. Leave for an hour then rinse. Or use a biological detergent. Or soak in cold salt water followed by sponging with ammonia and then rinsing and washing. Try also using vinegar, or lemon juice to help remove the stain- may take a while. Pour it on, then let it sit out for a while to soak in. Then rinse it out and dab it with a sponge then wash.
Hydrogen peroxide. Take a cotton ball and put Hydrogen Peroxide (right from the brown bottle) on the ball and squeeze out the excess. Then gently rub the blood stain in a back and forth motion until all the blood is removed. Once removed, take another cotton ball and saturate with cool water and rinse the area with that.
