You can remove it in the same process as most other car bumpers. First Remove the splashguard bolts attached to the bumper. Open the hood , remove the headlights. Underneath you will find metal brackets that hold the bumper. Remove remaining bots on the top and underside of the bumper and eh presto. If you are really asking this though i suggest you leave it to a professional or someone more experienced.
