As soon as you can after getting the stain on fabric, obtain lemon soap (the kind used to handwash dishes is perfect) and rub it into the stain. Let it sit for about ten minutes, then wash the fabric in a regular load of laundry (as hot as the setting allows). If applied fast enough, this method works really well for removing grease stains.
