1. Remove the screw holding the door-open handle bezel, and remove the bezel. Unhook the power door lock switch (if equipped) and set the bezel aside.
2. Carefully remove the power window switch from it's bezzel. There are 4 small clips, 2 on each side of the switch. Once you remove the switch from the bezel, the bezzel can be gently pried out the top of the panel w/ a small screw driver from the front.
3. Starting at the front w/ a small screw driver, pry out (gently!) the trim inlay that's above the arm rest... it was wood-grained plastic on this model.
4. Use a #30 torq bit to remove the large screw towards the top of the opening where the trim inlay was.
5. Remove the 4 Philips head screws around the perimeter of the door panel.
6. Lift up on the door panel... you may have to shake it a bit.... and after moving upwards no more that an inch... the panel should come off.

First you remove two screws that are located in the handle well in which you open the door and then you remove one that is located in the well which you usually close the door with. There is a third screw-like thing on the part of the door that is hidden when it is closed. Remove that with a flat head screwdriver. There are around 10 or so clips that hold the panel to the door. Find a good grasp and just pull and hear the poop off. The last thing is to lift the panel up. But the handle section and window swtich section have connectors on the inside of the panel that need to be disconnected. After doing so, fiddle with the panel a bit until it comes off.
