you have to remove the entire interior door trim. The little speaker cover will snap if you attempt to remove it alone.
---There is a screw in the arm rest in the change holder under a little black flap (Philips head) and also behind the door latch under a flap of the same size (Also Philips head.) You'll have to remove the arm rest plate and disconnect the wire harness that accesses the window controls (just snaps on or off and is easily re-attached.) You'll also have to remove the cap that outlines the door handle, and then the plastic plate and cap that covers/outlines the door light in the bottom outside corner. The door panel is also held to the door by pressurized clips. These should pop out easily as you pull on the door, but if they break it is OK, all of them aren't necessary.

I had to replace the ones in my 1997 Sebring. Using a tool such as a flat head screwdriver detach the plastic cover that is over the door speaker. Remove the screws that are holding the speaker to the door. Pull the speaker out enough to detach the plastic clip that connects the wiring to the speaker. Installing the door speaker is the reverse of removing the speakers.
