Im trying to remove a filter system from a brand new aquarium Juwel Trigon 350. I was told it was siliconed on and would pull off easily. But this doesn't seem to be the case. Any advice?

If it's DEFINITELY just stuck on with silicon - use a blade (like one from a 'Stanley knife' to slice into the silicon so you can remove the filter.
