we have had this faucet for a long time and I have done several repairs on it, because it has a lifetime warranty Moen sends us the parts and it is simple to repair.
To remove the handle, carefully remove a small plug on the front of the handle, some have the Moen name on them and the one that we currently have is the same color as the faucet. You can remove them easily with a small knife or screwdriver, just make sure not to scratch the finish on the faucet.
Under that plug you will find an screw that uses an Allen wrench (3/32), loosen it and the handle will come right off by lifting up on it. To get to the rest of the faucet just lift the dome and the cartridge is ready to remove with a wrench. Don't remove the cartridge without turning off your water source!
1/8 wrench for that one.
The correct hex/allen wrench to remove a Moen faucet handle (for the Renzo model faucet) is 7/64".
The inside part of a Moen faucet / shower body
take the lever off completely and see if something is preventing it seating properly. I fix many Moen faucets and have never heard of this propblem.
The best place to purchase a moen faucet online is at the dealers website. It is www.moen.com. I'm sure you will find the perfect faucet for your bathroom.
I believe that is 5/32.

Turn the water off to the faucet. Remove the handle. The top of the faucet should unscrew to get to the ball valve. Replace the valve and gaskets then reassemble the faucet.
