To remove the seat from a 1958 Corvette, first, slide the seat all the way forward to access the rear mounting bolts. Use a socket wrench to remove the bolts securing the seat to the floor. After removing the rear bolts, slide the seat back to access and remove the front bolts in the same manner. Once all bolts are removed, carefully lift the seat out of the vehicle.

look around the bottom of the seat their should be bolts leading through the floor board take those out (their should be 4 of them) and just remove the seat.
If you are talking about removing the entire seat ther are 4 bolts on the undercarraige that fasten it. One side is bolt from bottom.
