If the electic window motor in your car is draining your battery when the car is turned off, then you have more serious problems than figuring out how to disable it. I suggest you have your mechanic check the electrical system in your car. Most likely point of failure is in the switch.

Just simply remove mounting bolt and cables and remove old battery under hood. There may also be a battery under the passenger side mounted to the frame. You will need to remove the bolts holding battery case to frame. There are cables to prevent battery case and battery from falling. Once dropped done, remove both cables and mounting bolt for battery. Remove old battery and replace with new.
The most common way is to remove the fuse itself for the ABS, your breaks will still work but the ABS feature will not run constantly and it will in turn operate without a dead battery. As far as a permanent solution I do not know for sure how to fix it, it is a somewhat common problem with the 300zx and power problems.
