Hello,

Here is the procedure for replacing the radiator in a T-100 pick up:

1. Allow the T100's engine to cool enough that you can place your palm flat on the radiator cap without burning your hand. Pop the hood. Remove the corner lenses using the Phillips-head screwdriver, and twist out the bulb using your hands. Remove the grille with the Phillips-head screwdriver.

2. Put the drain pan below the radiator. Open the petcock on the radiator using your hands and let the coolant empty into the pan. Remove the upper radiator hose clamp with a flat-head screwdriver and pull the line off the radiator. Repeat on the lower radiator hose.

3. Unbolt the fan shroud from the core support using a 3/8-inch ratchet and socket. Remove the oil cooler lines on the radiator with a line wrench if you have a T100 with an automatic transmission.

4. Unbolt the radiator from the core support using the 3/8-inch ratchet and socket. Pull it up and out of the core support with both hands.

5. Install the new radiator and replace/reconnect all of the vital radiator components that were removed in the previous steps.

6. Fill the radiator with new coolant. Watch for any leaks that may occur.
