Take a pick, pull out the locking strip. Spray the area around the window seal liberally with window cleaner (and do this throughout the entire process). Take your pick (has to be a large pick), put it through the window seal on the side, pop the broken window out. Spray the window seal again with window cleaner, start sliding the new window into the seal at 3/4 in, then you use your pick to pull the window seal back over the window. Once that's done, you reinstall the locking strip... either you use a tool specifically made for this, or do it with your pick.
Drain the coolant, remove all lines to the radiator.... not all that familiar with that model, so there is a possibility that you might have to remove the hood... remove the braces, unbolt the radiator from the bottom, lift it out with an overhead crane. Remove the casing from the radiator, install the casing around the new radiator, installation is the opposite of removal.
Depends on which model. Pretty substantial difference between an FL series (FL50 - 120, FLD132, et. al.) and a Columbia.
IIRC, the door panel on a Columbia is all snapped in (as pretty much the entire interior of a typical Freightliner fleet truck after the FLD120 is)... you just need a door trim puller to go around the panel, and pull it out, or even a simple slotted screwdriver should work.
Remove the screws, pull out with a trim puller.
You can't. It's a setting in the engine computer - remove that, and your motor won't operate.

It's a simple remove and replace, BUT... you'll want to get a shop to recover your refrigerant first.. discharging it into the atmosphere is both dangerous and illegal. You'll also need to replace the receiver-drier any time you open up that system and expose it to atmospheric air.
Lift the hood...remove the plastic cover below the windshiled on the passengers side...the AC filter simply slides out after you release the clips on either end.
