Timing chains are designed to last the life of the engine and are normally replaced when the engine is rebuilt.
Remove the tire and wheel from your 2005 Vectra. Remove the brake spring and break caliper from the brake pad assembly. The brake pads will come off. Reverse the process to install the new brake pads.
They are 3 (TO the best of my memory): Under the bonnet, near the battery. In the boot, on the left. In the end dash-board, on the passenger side accessed with the door open. RTFM!
You will void your warranty by messing with this system. You better leave it alone until the bumber to bumber warranty has expired.
You do not do anything. you just leave it there until it blows up and kills you.
