dye them black
One way to get white marks out of black jeans is to dye them black again. You could also use a black marker or pen to color in the white marks. In the future you should wash black jean inside out so these marks are less likely to appear.
Because your jeans have been double-dyed to get that dark blue color. They need to be washed several times and then the dye will stop bleeding out onto your shoes.
You can probably remove the dye with dishwasher detergent. I used dishwasher detergent to remove jet black permanent hair dye from a white formica counter top. It removed the dye 100%. You couldn't even see a trace of the dye. If dishwasher detergent can remove black permanent hair dye, it can remove just about any dye. You want the dishwasher detergent that says it DOES contain bleach. Pour the detergent on the marks. Let that sit overnight. Then wipe the detergent away with wet paper towels. For some reason, dishwasher detergent works better than Clorox. (I tried Clorox, and it didn't work for me.)
You can't. There is no such thing as white dye, because dye is transparent, and can only add to the color of the object you are dyeing, never make it lighter.
With a brand-new pair of jeans, it is possible to rub the indigo dye off with your hand, so it's no surprise it will stain white shoes. The solution is to wash the jeans - long cycle, and preferably twice - before wearing them.
bleach the red dye out.

You can't dye it, unfortunately. If you had a white plastic head, then sure.
yes but it didn't work so don't try or it will spoil your jeans colour
