You can't get cat piddle out of your leather jacket. I suggest getting a new leather jacket! You don't. You throw it away or all the cats in the neighborhood will also pee on your jacket as they will want to put their scent on it! You can try something called ProKlean you can find it on the web, you may wanna try that instead of throwing away a leather jacket I have an old leather coat and it stank! I put it in the washer. I put it on a wool wash, ran it through 4 cycles and it came out immaculate and no smell. I dried it slowly and it's as good as new. I wasn't going to be able to wear it anyway, so I had nothing to lose!

I once owned an expensive pair of hiking boots that got "marked" by a male cat. I tried a number of solutions that came recommended as good cures for the resulting odor. Eventually I found the only method that worked was getting rid of the boots. Some methods worked as long as the leather remained dry after applying something to the boots. Later, the boots will get wet and begin to stink all over again.

To remove cat urine from your shoe you will need to wash it with soap and water. Then use a product called D-Molish on it. D-Molish will actually attach the urine molecules, effectively neutralizing them. No more urine.

Wipe the area with a damp cloth to remove surface urine. Next, mix a solution of vinegar, warm water and baking soda. Apply to the area and wipe clean. Wipe again with a clean damp cloth. Lastly, you'll need to apply a leather conditioner to restore the leather to its original supple condition.

Be carefull as this is very likely to change the colour of the leather. I know i just tried it. It does seem to get rid of the smell a bit though :-)
