You can make a tube around the hole where the oil is coming out and patch it up with cement or something hard to keep it closed then put a vacuum at the other end of the tube to suck out the oil and put it into another spot with no water and sell it for lots of money.
oil can be sometimes vaccumed off but sometimes burned off, products like wood pulp or chips would be used to absorb it then that would be skimmed off
