IIRC, the door panel on a Columbia is all snapped in (as pretty much the entire interior of a typical Freightliner fleet truck after the FLD120 is)... you just need a door trim puller to go around the panel, and pull it out, or even a simple slotted screwdriver should work.
Remove the screws, pull out with a trim puller.
Depends on which model. Pretty substantial difference between an FL series (FL50 - 120, FLD132, et. al.) and a Columbia.
Remove the screws in the door panel.

how do i remove a door panel of a skoda octavis while door is stuck looked
Never worked on the Century Class, but I am familiar with the similar Columbia... there should be a panel on the passenger side which can be popped out with a flat screwdriver.. that should expose the fuse panel. There might also be a panel by the driver's side door, just behind the seat, on the wall.
Using a screw driver, remove the screws and the clips in the panel of the door and remove the panel gently. Remove any wiring connectors between the panel and the door, then remove the panel the rest of the way.

To remove a door panel a person must use a screw driver, remove the screws and the clips that are holding the door panel to the door frame. Gently pull the panel away from the frame, remove any wire connectors and the panel will come off.
