Using a screw driver, remove the screws and the clips in the panel of the door and remove the panel gently. Remove any wiring connectors between the panel and the door, then remove the panel the rest of the way.

Depending on what panel your are talking about, but the panel around the radio just "pops" off. Well actually they both just pop off but you may need to assist them with a small flat-headed screw driver.
Using a screwdriver, remove the screws that are in the door panel, be sure to remove the clips as well, and gently pull the panel away from the frame. Remove any wire connectors between the frame and the panel, and pull the panel off the rest of the way.
You must remove those pieces that don't seem to flow with the door panel (they pop right off with a screw driver), then you will se screws underneath them... unscrew these screws and the door panel should easily pop right off.
