If you want to remove the door card then it is a straight forward job, there is an inner part of the handle that needs to be prised off this then leaves the handle and switches for electric window clear of the frame holding it in, there are a couple of clips holding the plastic surround of the handle in the door card but it is quite easy to remove.
Under this handle is three bolts/screws that need undoing and the remaining bolts can stay attached as they just hold the handle attaching frame to the door
The door card is now held in with clips which seem to hold very tightly, a flat bladed screwdriver or pry bar can come in handy, work your way round the door releasing the clips and the door card will come away, you will need to disconnect the cable that goes to the door release handle and the wires for the lower interior door light if fitted and the speakers.
