First, remove the headrest. There is a pin-hole that you depress and it will lift out. Then remove the covers to these and be careful to not pop out the springs.
After removing the four bolts under the seat and disconnecting the power clip, the entire seat will pull out. Disconnect the battery to avoid air bag deployment.
There are two torx bolts (about t-50) on the sides of the seat. Remove those. Then remove two more torx bolts that hold the power seating recliner. This will give you two separate parts to the seats.
The seat back, at the bottom has a latch type catch that the upholstery, sorta like a zip lock bag. separate these two items and there will be 4 hog pins holding the seat to the frame. Open these with pliers and the foam and covers will flip off, inside out like taking off a shirt.
