Spray Lysol into the fresh air vent near the bottom of your windshield. This will kill the mildew.
Check your blower motor located under the glove box. Many times mice will build a nest in the blower moter housing and the smell may be from a dead mouse. The moter is easy to remove with just 3 screws holding it in place.
Your septic system could be backed up and that is why you are smelling a foul smell. The best thing to do is to call a septic system business and have them come out and take a look at your septic system, if you think that is what is causing the foul smell.

The foul smell in the air came from the fowl farm down the road.
It doesn't smell foul, it's probably just the water off the road/tiles/floor. It depends where you are. Rain on grass doesn't smell the same as rain on the road...

There isn't one, however there is a blower located on the passengers side where their right foot would be. It is held in place by 3 bolts, remove those and clean the blower and that should eliminate any foul odors coming in to the cabin.
