Unless already removed, gently prise pulley belt off of the pulley wheel using a long flat bladed screwdriver being careful not to damage the belt itself although idealy it would be a good idea to replace it with a new one. Next using either a breaker bar with an extention ie. a piece of pipe, or a impact wrench loosen the securing bolt. This is usually held on with a half inch bolt. You may need a woodruff key on some models and also a puller to remve the pulley itself. Sometimes you may be lucky and the pulley wheel will jiggle off. When you have replaced the pulley wheel you will need a torque qrench and tighten the securing bolt to 108Nm. Second hand pulley would be avail at a breakers yard. Mr T charges the earth!!
