NAPA says .748 is throw away thickness for a 2005 2500 15" wheel front rotor with Bosch caliper.
If they are of the "peel off" type Remove wheels Remove caliper mounting bolts Slide calipers off rotor Slide rotor off hub
remove tire remove two bolts that hold the caliper on the inside of the rotor lift the caliper off then the rotor just slides off it may be stiff so you can tap it with a soft mallet
Tap off the rotor, it should come off, if not, I can't help you.
Remove the wheel, remove the brake caliper and the caliper adapter bracket, pull the rotor off of the wheel studs.

Driver side front of the engine, you have to unscrew a large black plastic part to remove the filter elementDriver side front of the engine, you have to unscrew a large black plastic part to remove the filter element
Loosen lug nuts. Jack up vehicle, support on jack stand. Remove wheel. I like to spray down the entire brake assembly with brake cleaner first, have a catch bucket underneath. Remove caliper body. Remove rotor. Installation is the reverse of removal. You may have to remove the brake pads in order to depress the caliper piston to get the caliper back over the new rotor (depending on how worn your old rotor is)
To remove the rear rotor from a 2006 Jeep Commander, first ensure the vehicle is securely lifted and supported on jack stands. Remove the wheel and brake caliper by unbolting it from the caliper bracket, then hang it out of the way without stressing the brake line. Next, remove the caliper bracket to access the rotor. Finally, if the rotor is stuck, gently tap around the edges with a rubber mallet or use a rotor puller, then slide the rotor off the axle hub.
On a 2003-2006 Sprinter the fuel filter is located on the driver side of the engine block. About half way up and down, and front to back.
Yes, if you measure the rotor thickness, they will be under minimum spec.
